Sauce – Miso Paste Marinade 4:2:1:1 Miso paste: Fine sugar: soy sauce: Japanese sake 8/10 July 21 2009



600g miso paste                       120g
300g fine sugar             60g
150g soy sauce             30g
150g Japanese sake                  30g


Combine the above ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Marinade with vegetables such as radish, lettuce heart, Japanese cucumber, carrot.


Tastes like the one in restaurants.
