Asian – Glutinous Seaweed Cake 9/10 12/05/2009

材料:

糯米                600g                                        150g

海苔細片          75g                                        19g

糯米粉              75g                                        19g

蕃薯粉              75g                                        19g

麵粉                  75g                                        19g

水                      2杯                                       half a cup

橄欖油          2大匙                                       ½ Tablespoon

調味料:

甜辣醬         適量

花生粉         適量

香菜             適量

做法:

1.先將糯米洗淨 ,泡水5小時。

2.我用捲壽司的海苔 40g ,將海苔剪成細片。

3.泡好的糯米瀝乾水份後,

加入海苔片、糯米粉、蕃薯粉、麵粉、水、油拌勻,

然後放入容器中,再將糯米弄平 。

4.用大火蒸約40分鐘後,取出稍涼切長條,

沾上甜辣醬、花生粉、香菜即可。

Conclusion

There was only a slight taste of seaweed after using so much seaweed. However, the texture was brilliant. It was not dry, and it was chewy very bouncy, and the sauce mixture was excellent.
