http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Walnut-Brownies/Detail.aspx

100% butter, 83% carob powder, 333% sugar, salt, 16% vanilla extract, 126% egg white, 200% walnuts

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

100% butter, 83% carob powder, 333% sugar, salt, 16% vanilla extract, 126% egg white, 200% walnuts

* 2 tablespoons butter                                  30g

* 3 tablespoons carob powder                      25g

* 1/2 cup white sugar                                    100g

* 1/8 teaspoon salt                                       0.3g

* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour                            30g

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract               5ml

* 1 egg white                                                38g

* 2/3 cup and 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts            60g

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

2. Melt the butter or margarine over low heat. Pour into large mixing bowl and stir in carob powder, sugar, salt, flour, and vanilla. Mix in egg whites and walnuts. Spread the dough evenly into the baking pan.

3. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting.

Conclusion

Hmm I think I prefer carob to cocoa. This tasted very brownie like in the middle, and there were a lot of sugar. Turned out to be a brownie with crispy crust and a gooey centre, and very sweet, would have reduced the sugar by 20%.
