Asian – Sauce – Sesame Sauce 麻醬麵醬汁9.5/10

每次去麵攤, 我最愛點的, 就是麻醬麵 ! 有些人討厭它黏黏的口感, 我卻特愛它的香濃滋味 !

這次用恆泰豐的芝麻醬, 邊拌醬汁, 香味就陣陣飄 !

麻醬麵醬汁 : 三人份

材料 : 芝麻醬 3T / 醬油膏 2T / 醬油 1T / 花生粉 2t / 香油 2t / 開水 1/2 杯

(我用的花生粉已經含糖, 如果是無糖的花生粉, 就改成花生粉 1t + 糖 1t)

(2t 花生粉也可以改用花生醬取代)

全部和在一起, 務必把芝麻醬攪散.

Conclusion

This made the traditional kinda salty sesame sauce.
