材料😦一碗份)

細麵條 ……………… 二兩半

……………… ¼ 茶匙

醬油 ……………… 半湯匙

芝麻醬 ……………… 半湯匙

蒜水 ……………… 半湯匙

蔥花 ……………… 一湯匙

花椒粉 ……………… 1/8茶匙

辣椒油 ……………… 一茶匙

……………… 半茶匙

大頭菜屑 ……………… 半湯匙

味素 ……………… 少許

清湯 ……………… 半杯

花生粉 ……………… 一湯匙

做法:

1. 在麵碗內放進鹽、醬油、芝麻醬、葱花、花椒粉、辣椒油、 蒜水、大頭菜、醋及味素少許,慢慢加入清湯仔細拌勻備用。

2. 細麵一人份煮滾,點下半杯冷水,至水再沸滾便捞出瀝乾, 放入調好佐料的碗內上下拌勻。

3. 在麵上撒下花生粉一湯匙即可供食,食時應再上下翻拌,使麵與佐料均勻才好。

Conclusion

This was quite good. The sauce was a bit watery, but enough saltiness and sesame taste. I added a bit more sesame paste, and a bit of brown sugar too, like ¼ teaspoon.

Thought was quite good.
