海山醬 9/10 July 13 2009

材料:

在來米粉2大匙,                  1 tablespoon

冷水300g,                              150g

味增1大匙,                          ½ TB

醬油1大匙,                          ½ TB

蕃茄醬5大匙,                                  2.5 TB

醬油膏1大匙,                                  ½ TB

甜辣醬1大匙,                                  ½ TB

黃砂糖1大匙 ½ TB

(鹹淡可以依自己喜好調整)

步驟:

1.將在來米粉加入到冷水中攪拌均勻

2.將攪拌均勻的在來米粉水倒入鍋中

3.將味增加入攪拌均勻,小火煮到濃稠

4.依序將其他所有調味料加入煮沸即可

Conclusion

This was good on its own, and perfect with the oyster pancakes. It tasted with the right balance of sweet and sour. Wasn’t a spectacular sauce, but was good as a tomato based sauce on seafood.
