Cookies – The Whole Jar Of Peanut Butter Cookies 8/10 for flavor but the texture was a bit strange

90% butter, 80% sugar, 90% brown sugar, 37% eggs, 6% egg yolk, 200% peanut butter, baking soda, salt and chopped peanuts

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 3 tablespoons and 1/2 teaspoon butter, softened 45g
* 3 tablespoons and 1/2 teaspoon white sugar 40g
* 3 tablespoons and 1/2 teaspoon packed brown sugar 45g
* 3/8 egg 18.75
* 1/4 egg yolk 3g
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2ml
* 1/4 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter 100g
* 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 50g
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 0.9g
* 1/8 teaspoon salt 0.6g
* 3 tablespoons and 1/2 teaspoon chopped peanuts 25g

Method

1. In a large bowl, cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, yolks, and vanilla; mix until fluffy. Stir in peanut butter. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Finally, stir in the peanuts. Refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
3. Roll dough into walnut sized balls. Place on the prepared cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Cookies should look dry on top. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet before removing to cool completely on a rack. These cookies taste great when slightly undercooked.

Conclusion
They only hardened slightly after baking. I only left them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. By the way, they kinda melted instead of puffing up when put in the oven. After the prescribed time, they were quite soft, and collapsible, but held shape after cooling down. They had a similar taste to brownies, chocolate cookies because of the butter egg and a lot of sugar combination, but this one had a peanut butter taste.
