INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 30ml
* 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce 30ml
* 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 0.4g
* 1/4 garlic clove, minced
* 1/8 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root 0.2g
* 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon thinly sliced green onions 9g
* 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil 1ml

1. Whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, green onions, and sesame oil in a bowl; allow to sit 15 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Conclusion
This was ..just better than average. A mild soy sauce with a hint of sourness from the vinegar, as good as the sauce from the restaurants. More ginger and garlic could have been used.
