Chips – Sweet potato Chips

Ingredients:
Sweet Potatoes
Water
Cinnamon Sugar (optional)
Salt (optional)

Directions:
1. Peel and slice sweet potatoes thinly
2. Arrange slices on microwave’s plate (single layer) then spray with water lightly.
3. Cook in microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the sweet potato.
4. Sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar or salt (optional)

Conclusion
I sprinkled a bit too much water and I cut the sweet potato slices a bit too thin. The thinner slices stuck to the plate and were soft, whilst the thicker ones were crunchy. (For some reason!). After 3 minutes it was still a bit soft. After 5 minutes it was pretty much done. By the way, I also used the skillet to do it. I added butter since I had some extra leftovers…and that made my sweet potatoes soft rather than crunchy.
